Why?

"How to write a blog"... those literally were the last 5 words typed into the search bar on my Pinterest account just over an hour ago. Turns out mastery in blog creating wasn't covered in my last DataPro class circa 2000. Needless to say I have a lot of learning left to do. Quite frankly, I have 2 million other things I should be doing at this moment rather than sitting in front of my computer at 11:06pm learning how to write a blog post... is that even what you call it? The alternative is folding laundry, sorting receipts or doing something about the 3874 emails that are waiting for me in my inbox, so rudely displayed in that red oval to the left of my screen.  

Why? 

Well, why not I suppose. Just over 2 years ago, I set out on a new adventure (with my mom). I left a full-time teaching career behind to explore the highs and lows of retailing in a brick and mortar store in the small town of St. Stephen, located in New Brunswick, Canada.
